Hi all,

I searched this forum but I did not find an answer.

I want to include an external (and working) php file into a block however, when I use the following include statement

include('http://www.catchfoto.com/cpmfetch/foto.php');

in a php block nothing shows up.

My site is a xoops 2.44 site.

Can somebody help me with this?

Btw, this include statement is working properly on a xoops 2.3 site!

But that was on a different server?
Then it is probably the allowurlfopen php.ini setting.

Well, i will contact my hosting company and maybe they will change this on my account only.

In any case, many thaks for your reply,

This issue is solved now.

The hosting company allowed me to create a php file which I should place in the public_html folder in order to overrule the default settings.

Again thanks ghia, for helping me in the right direction.
