Personal Messages not working

Using 2.4.4 you can send PM's, they even show (in numbers in the user menu) but the wont open up if you click on that link.

Solutions anyone?

What is the URL of the link?
Any messages with debug on?
Is the module access permission set (in admin - groups)?

Looks all OK to me. And messages are stored in the DB

Problem solved somehow...

Removed the module and reinstalled it again, first I had same problems but now (no clue what I did, at least no change in groups and so on) it's working. Probably originally some problem while uploading it....
