New module: ASCII Artist

I have ported a little script into a XOOPS module and redesigned it.

With the ASCII Artist Module, users can make ASCII Art on your web site.

Installs as a normal module.

(I know...this is a totally useless thing, but it might attract more returning visitors to your site so it could be worth a try)

Anyway...for now you can see it in action here, and download it here.
