Hello all,

Here's my scenario.. registered a domain at godaddy.com

comes w/ free hosting. ( cant use their auto-install option for XOOPS w/ the free hosting .. doh )

So anyways, I grabbed the xoop 2.4.4 installer package

uploaded all the content of the htdocs folder into the root of the website via ftp..

when I visit my urlhttp://whatever.com I get the install page...

first selection is language, i see english as the only available option ( fine by me ) i select it and click next...

when i click next i see the following:

302 Moved Temporarily
The document has moved here.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

where "here" is a link tohttp://whatever.com/install/index.php

It just is in a loop i cant get it to proceed...

any ideas how i can troubleshoot this?

Just curious, but are you doing any URL forwarding with GoDaddy or using their name servers for DNS?
