Here is a real newbie situation. I use MDDHosting as my web host. From my cPanel I installed XOOPS. Now I have no idea how to access XOOPS to start. Do I have to download from this site?

If you've installed XOOPS from cPanel, check out in which directory it was installed, and then go to that URL.

From this tutorial it seems like it should be at:

http://yourdomain.com/xoops

Unless you specify the dir, cpanel install in root dir.
When you go to your domain the it should show up.
To log as admin you need to put the user name and pass you set during installation
