This may be a silly question, but I haven't found an answer to it.

Is there any way to deactivate a user in XOOPS? I don't want to delete them, just disable their login.

'Standard' procedure is to create a users goup 'banned' and uncheck all permission options for it.
Edit the profile of the problem user and make him member of only that group.

There is a feature request for an easier handling.
