Paypal setup if Protector module in installed giving error?

Hi,
I am trying to add a button using custom block while I have protector module installed so when I click on paypal button it is giving following error after opening paypal site,

"PayPal cannot process this transaction because of a problem with the seller's website. Please contact the seller directly to resolve this problem."

If I remove protector then there is no issue?

How to overcome this.

Using XOOPS 2.4.3

When Protector is running, are there any messages in the Protectors' log?
Any messages when debug is on?
What is the content of your block?

Hi,
I have enabled but seems there was no error while I have no idea from where to check protector log. While the code is Paypal standard code.

When I am trying to paste code here it is showing as button so I sent you in PM.
