Why not?
Did you substitute the prefix in the table names with your own?

yes, or course, and have replace "d3forum" by "foro", the name i choose when install the d3forum

i can see the data imported in the newbb tables but it doesn't show anything in web

i've tryied to set the permissions and the visibility of the forums but still don't show anything but the categories and forum's titles

How did you execute the SQL statements?
Where there no errors or warnings?
Did you verify from every table some sample records to see if the fields where filled appropriate?
Are there topics to see?
Can you post in the imported newbbb forum?
Are there differences with the new and existing post in the tables xoops_bb_posts and xoops_bb_posts_text and xoops_bb_topics?

I can create a new topic without problems and it shows it fine, looking in tables are a great diference between this one and anothers:
in table topics: the most of tables have all fields =0, only shows another value the followings:
topic_id topic_title topic_views forum_id topic_status topic_sticky approved

in post table: pid and forum_id have valor=0

The pid is used for nested view. As it is copied from the D3, it should contain values, if there this kind of posting is used (check d3forum_posts table).

The forum_id should be filled in. If it is not available in the D3 posts table, it should be regenerated via the topic_id from the bb_topics table
