hi,
If a person wanted a script to work with Xoops, is that modding it? Porting it? Would it be called integration? Anyway, is it hard to get a script working inside Xoops? The script I have do not have user management and I need user management. The script is php and mysql. Can anyone explain
thanks

It would be called integration, if you make a module out of it. There are some blank modules available as eg Ghost.
The difficulties are in the complexity of the script and the level of integration. See also Kaotik's module tutorials.
Other options are to have it in a custom PHP block (only for simple scripts).
What script is it?
