I added Display: None; to the .hlinks and the links are now gone :), but the mouse still change to a hand and the "backgrund" (The pointer that shows up when I select a link) still shows up. Is there a way to remove thoose too?

If a added Display: None; The the top disapear. :( I still want the top graphic as it looks like when the mouse is not over the "links".

Sorry for my bad english.

And the answer will be... HERE ;)

display: none...will not work as the background of the anchors are in css which does exactly that...makes the links&images dissapear.
For the DIY... edit theme.html and remove the links, then edit style.css removing the a from the div id.

There were about 3different ways to do it and none of the previous suggestion were correct

Sorry i haven't answered earlier but my main computer is in service for about a week

Hi I try to use this ahp002 theme.
I got a similar issue as in question 1. In fact I would like to use the links as an access menu to the modules.
I added the urls to the them.html and save the file restart apache but it's not loaded every time it keeps the defaults.

I don't have a forum or news so I don't want these links as they are. Any Idea what I'm missing to get it up?

thanks

hi'

Changes have to be write in theme.html
<div id="aphmenu">
    <
div id="APH002-01_">
    div>
    <
div id="APH002-02_">
    <
a href=""><div class="hlinks"Home div>a>
    div>
    <
div id="APH002-03_">
    <
a href=""><div class="hlinks"News div>a>
    div>
    <
div id="APH002-04_">
    <
a href=""><div class="hlinks"Forum div>a>
    div>
    <
div id="APH002-05_">
    <
a href=""><div class="hlinks"Downloads div>a>
    div>
    <
div id="APH002-06_">
    <
a href=""><div class="hlinks"Weblinks div>a>
    div>

... you add url and edit link name. Is it done ?

If yes, empty XOOPS cache by deleting all files in xoops_data/caches/smarty_compile/

A better solution if you do no want to spend your time to delete those files : in System /Preferences, /General settings, /Check templates for modifications, select Yes.

It made the trick indeed. I deleted the files in xoops_data\caches\smarty_compile and reload the page and it worked fine.
