Where do I increase the maximum filesize for uploads? Is this a XOOPS setting or something controlled on the host side?

In the Control Panel it indicates 2M which I would like to increase to 6M.

This is on the host side and defined in php.ini.
Depending on the module lower limits, set in preferences, may apply.

Thanks.

I've put this into the file:

upload_max_filesize = 10M
post_max_size = 20M

If there are any risks associated with such changes, I would appreciate hearing about them. Transfer volume aside as it will not be a problem for the site in question.
