theme is too wide

I download the the theme and use it , I found is too wide , I hope it can be fixd
960px , not 100% ...

I try to fix and theme.html and css , but not ok , somebody help me.. thanks ..

Replace
#container {width:950px; margin:0 auto; text-align:left;}


by
#container {width:1000px; margin:0 auto; text-align:left;}


or
#container {width:800px; margin:0 auto; text-align:left;}

1. when I use the ie7 , It's ok , but I use ie6 and see my site , It's also to wide ..

2. It's very strange..I use the ie6 and see my download place
the oecannet(http://hello.oceannet.jp/?xoops_theme_select=yahoo3), this theme is ok.

Compare their CSS file with yours.
