Using XcGal as Module for Start Page

I am using xcgal as the module for the start page and none of the pictures are showing up. They are just white boxes with a red x in them. When I go to the xcgal photo gallery the pictures are fine. Can someone give me suggestions? Or is there a better image gallery? Thank you.

Probably the module is using relative paths to the pictures, which are fine when the module shows at /modules/xcgal/ , but fails when at the front page / .
In the preferences is a place where you can fill in an alternate album path. Use this to specify a full URL to the current album directory.
