Using Liaise to mail individual users instead of groups...

Is there any way to use Liaise to send an email to an individual member instead of a whole group. I can obviously make a group for each member to individually be in but that seems redundant. If this is not possible is there another module that would work for this? Thanks in advance.

Add some groups where only one of the users in question are member.

In the Contact Us module you can users let select eg a department, topic or user from a list and having a different email address (invisible) for each.
The formular to fill in is limited, as it doesn't allow free configurable fields to fill in.
