Yes, the module and 2.3.3 are compatible.
It seems you are missing a css or jscript file or a conflicting jscript that prevent the onload.

Try use the default theme to see if tabs are displayed. It maybe a theme problem.

thanks trabis.. it's functioning in default theme.. but i'd do all my thing in blue_lagoon theme.. so is there any way that i can make it works in blue_lagoon?

Edit themes/blue_lagoon/theme.html

See if you have this line between <head> and </head>:

<{$xoops_module_header}>


If it is not there, add it just above the tag </head>
