You can see the theme name when you look in your browser to the HTML source. In the header some file paths to css files are .../themes/MyThemeName/...

For changing the theme add ?xoops_theme_select=default at the end of the URL. (If the URL contains a ? add &xoops_theme_select=default in stead.)

Where do I change this? In a file??

Oh, wait...I'm able to select what theme I want to use on my website. I changed it to default, and still cannot access my control panel.
