hello XOOPS administrators and webmaster.
can someone help me in xoops, i cant write in macedonian language. when im writing in macedonian language i cant see the text what did i wrote but i see just (????????). i dont know where is the problem.

Is it a new site with 2.3.3 (not an upgrade)?
Check
- with phpMyAdmin that your database uses UTF-8.
- with phpMyAdmin that all your database tables and fields uses UTF-8.
- in /mainfile.php the definition for XOOPS_DB_CHARSET is utf8
- in /language/allyourlanguages/global.php the definition of _CHARSET is UTF-8
