The site with the solution has a very beautiful design with very creative placement of the elements and a lot of customisations!!!

This hack solves module issue. In fact, it would be better to add a select box for system module where admin could select modules to get comments from.

The hard one is make this work for topics. We would have to build a query that joins 2 or 3 tables and we would have to focus in one specific module because XOOPS has no Object relational mapping.
