XOOPS China is the community of Chinese XOOPSers. It has been a long time since its last re-design. The original theme was designed several years ago and seems a little "out of fashion". Many active members have proposed to change the theme. And on June 8th, the re-design project launched. After the draft was posted, many members brought up constructive suggestions(see here in Chinese). The coding process started on June 10th and finished on June 11th(see the HTML design here in Chinese). Then the work of applying the design to XOOPS China started. As the XOOPS China is very sophisticated and complex, the works took a whole day and finished on June 12.
Now most of the re-design work has finished(see the new XOOPS China here in Chinese). However, there's still a lot to do. XOOPS China will clean up the content, put up new modules/functions and launch a promotion campaign, so as to create a better community for Chinese XOOPSers.
