wordbook module has some problems

There are some problems in wordbook module, i can't create a new category. I opened from mhmpyadmin but also i can't enter entried to categories. Where is matte do you think ??

When i try to create category, this error:"There was an error updating the database!"
When i try to enter an entry, this error: "It was not possible to create this entry!" is appearing. Plase help.

It is possible that the old module relies on certain PHP versions or settings.
Try Lexikon or Lexique

Don't use the Wordbook module, it contains many bugs and isn't safe.
