So the other day i was just browsing my site and noticed something fishy... Some one placed code "that i still cant locate" somewhere in my site that produces a "Share a sale" banner in the middle between my adsense banners and at the bottom of all the other pages on my site. Its a small banner but all the less.

So i contacted share a sale to report the culprit that is doing this by giving them the affiliate code. (lets see what they do?)

If any one else has had this happen and knows where the user placed the code please let me know as i am banging my head against a wall trying to get the darn thing off myhttp://www.eventspeak.com site. Its a wee little banner but its my traffic...

hi

Sometime ago I was infectd with some kind of spy/adware that changed all my own banners, including the little ones (120x60).
It was a client effect only and others seeing my site did not see that interference.

I´m trying to remember the name of......thta mf

BTW> nice site you have, congrats

Hi eventspeak.

I have looked at your main page you are talking about this banner:

Resized Image

I would say this is coming in off one of your extended Javascripts. Probably woopra.. I haven't seen google do this.. So it might be that script.. The image is being added with external javascript (aren't they sneeky).. It will remove itself when you locate the script..

Try removing woopra..

thanks
