Hello, I went throught the repository (french) but I still do not get how I cann add the French language to my new 2.3.2 install on Godaddy.

Where do I go ?

is there any bilingual (multilingual) core?
i had XOOPS 2.0.x with multilinual module, but seems like smartlanguage doesn't work with 2.3 anymore and promoting impress.

There isn't any official bulgarian support site ?

Before I found the Dcrussader translation here i googled a little and found this

And with a little translating from my better half I couldn't understand if this is official or just a fan of XOOPS .. but maybe something to build on ;)
