When I try to access my site I get the following error message

Error: Unable to connect to database
I have contacted my IT and they say it is ok, but no matter what computer I use it does this. This is a new website and very important. Please let me know if there is a system error I can correct.

I think IT did. We are in seperate parts of the state! Thanks for checking tho.
