The other uninstalled modules:
sections
xoops_faq
article
and planet

worked fine.


xwebtools did not cause the problem, but does not show up as an uninstalled module, so I pulled it.

No, these are notices for module developers, but you can ignore them.
If anything needs an update, then it would be the module.

These warnings actually should be removed from the code. These (obsolete code) notices and warnings are actually causing more confusion with users than is really necessary.
