i have a ssl .crt and i need to set up my ssl login what url for login do i need or how do i set up the login help

You must be sure that https: works on your site. Try it with for example a little image. Then you must fill in the link to /user.php in the preferences withhttps://.

This is in general a misconfiguration of Apache for port 443. Check with your hoster.
If you are on a shared server, then that might not been suitable for https:.
