Okies, I guess we need to get your back into XOOPS to disable some of these module to see if they're the problem.
First, you will need access to phpmyadmin and we will take it from there.
1. login to phpmyadmin and locate your XOOPS database.
2. Locate table prefix_modules (Sub prefix for the prefix you selected to use for the install) and click on that to view this table.
3. Click on the browse tab. This will display all the modules that are installed in Xoops.
4. We need to change a field for each module. Click on the edit icon for all the new modules that you installed (Smartsections etc) and change the active value from 1 to 0 and now save. Do this for all the modules you installed (except the system module).
With any luck you should be able to get back into your website.
Now, you can select to install each module one at a time to see which one gives you this error.
If after doing all that and you still get the same message, we will have to look a little deeper to your problem.
