No Admin Menu

Install went fine. Am able to logs in fine as admin. Click on Administration menu from the User Menu but the resulting page (Control Panel Home) does not display an admin menu... just a page with System Info and Loaded PHP Extensions. Any direction? Searched all over for help but did not find anything.

XOOPS Version - XOOPS 2.3.2
PHP Version - 5.2.8
MySQL Version - 5.0.67-log
Server API Version - apache2handler
OS Version - FreeBSD

Did you set the write permissions for all required directories?
Did you do the file check (see release notes)?
