Thank you for your assistance. I could not understand what exactly you mean by "updating my system modules"?

Meanwhile I compared the installed files with the files I have in my computer, they are the same !

Go to - admin - modules - administration and click on the update icon of the system module.

Then there should be no warning on eg the footer.php file. You are sure you are not mixing up versions. Try also once to do the download of the XOOPS 2.3.2b again.

I install the English version from here. But it didn't work.

The checksum.php report is just mainfile.dist.php. I think this is for protector module.

Ok, that should be good enough.
Did you set all the required directory permissions as explained in the release notes?
What is working in admin?

I set all of the permissions that require before install.

In the admin.php i can't do anything. Just i can see my system overview and Loaded PHP extensions.

I want to install the other versions.

If you have users on your own site who cannot post in forums or add other information to the site due to their firewall or some other software that is blocking the referrer information, then you may want to turn off the referrer check in the XOOPS code.
