Ok I found my way to install it... now I have some other things I need to change.

it has links and download and FAQ at the top which is not working.
How do I do that for it to work? or take it off?

Any help would be greatly welcome.

Hi,

in Administration Menu -> System -> Preferences -> General Settings find "Default theme" option, change it, scroll down and hit "Go!"
