Hi, tomorrow 01 January 2009, im going to upgrade my xoop version from 2.0.18.2 to 2.3.b

I want tips that can help me before the upgrade, i have some kind of afraid, i have my backups ready, and lets hope everything just run smooth...

This are the important modules:

CBB 3.08
Multimenu 1.82
eXtGallery 1.04
Yogurt 3.3
tinyeditor 1.0
Videotube 1.8
Liase 1.26
Weblinks 1.9
AMS 2.51
TinyContent 1.51
Ads 1.2
Shoutbox 4.05

If anybody know if one of this modules have problems with 3.0.2b, please post here so i can find a solution or just dont upgrade the version.

Last Question, you ppl, recommend upgrade the version of CBB 3.0.8 to CBB 4.0???

your modules to get supportet from xoops-2.3.2. the module Ads 1.2 ... i dont know ...

cbb 4.0 ... i would waiting at an stable release. i think you can upgrade.

- stay with cbb 3.08 ..4.0 is not stable
- there is new version for some of the module like extgallery 1.5, news 1.63 that is updated for XOOPS 2.3
- your version of liase , multimenu, yogurt, ams i think should work with XOOPS 2.3

My site is in spanish and is using ISO-8859-1, i was reading that is a BIG problem because 2.3.2b use UTF8, so i will have BIG problems the language?
