I read this on Xuups.com and thought it may interest you:
Quote:
The website McDonalds Store is currently hosted on a free account with lycos.nl.

A few days ago it appeared in the dutch news that Lycos has filed for bankrupcy so I guess McDonalds Store as we know it will dissappear one of these days.

Just to have the modules available for download I opened a Google Code account. The latest versions of WF-Links and MyTube can be downloaded from here: http://code.google.com/p/mcdonaldsstore/downloads/list
Changelogs can be found under Wiki.

It seems his account at lycos.nl is no longer there. The domain is still running.

Thats all very generous, but does he have to convert his site to XOOPS for that?

The Lycos account is still there but I opened a Google Code account just in case and as a mirror.
