Hi, I have innstalled XOOPS 2.3.1 in 3 of my domains, everything was working fine, but yesterday all of my sites had the same problem, the templates had changed and I can not enter the admin area. I started to install it again in a different directory, everything was working, but only a few hours, the new innstalled version had the same problem.

Do have any idea on why this is happening.

Hi again, I innstalled XOOPS 2.3.1 in another domain, and the same had happened on this domain also. It working fine a few hours and than the template changes form, it seem that all the images dissapered, and only the categories and links are showing. It is not possible to enter the admin area on XOOPS 2.3.1.

What could be the resond for this?

can you help us and tell what PHP/MySQL are you using? What modules?

When you say, it's working for couple of hours, and then "the templates had changed" what templates are you talking about? And "categories and links" of what module?

Without knowing more, it's hard to help...

Hi, the PHP version is 4.4.9 and MySQL version is 4.1.22
I am using different templates, also the default templates.

On one domain I am using mxdirectory, in another weblinks.

when I installed it working perfect, I starting to add links etc. and after a few hours of rest, the sites are change, it seems that the images are gone. But everything seem Ok in the FTP account.

The domain I am talking about is:

My advise is to:

* turn on the Debugging

* try your Website with the Default theme, and with Zetagenesis theme. If it's working there, then it means that something is wrong with your themes

* adjust your language code settings (see this French thread), and see if this had an impact

* reset the "Start Page" in your settings to "None" and see if this had an impact

* also, make sure that there are no blocks from any of the modules on the main page - sometimes they are causing problems.

And let us know if any of it had a positive imact.

None of the generated HTML is complete.
For eg finnlinken only the content is there no html or XOOPS header, no footer and end tags.
The norskrestaurantguide stops with the /body tag, but there is no /html tag.
haveyoufoundit stops at the start of the content generation:
This can be a faulty block.

Very strange. They are all three on the same server. Is it Linux? Did you use this hoster before?
