Hi,

you can try xHelp or xProject modules. xProject is more focused on software development, but it has a ticket system too. xHelp is pure ticket system.

There was some port/bridge with mantis too.

Also usefull in work with customers may be clientspace module...

Re: Ticket, Support Center for customer

I installed xHelp 0.77 and 0.78 on XOOPS 2.0.18.2 - It cannot define email for department. I have made a questions and got no result for this matter.

xProject focus to software development rather than Ticket Support Center.

Coudld you open a project to develop it?

(I can see that this Ticket Support Center is very easy to use for web-master and also customer) - all buiness needs this module

Hi,

not shure what you are asking but...:

xProject (latest version I know about is 0.62) was abandoned from its developer (McNaz) with some other modules (xAsset comes to mind) and later passed to ImCMS. Not shure if someone is deveoping it now. I have no plans (nor knowledge) to develop it, but the buauty of open source is that at any time someone can pick it up

xHelp (latest version I know about is 0.78 beta) is also not in development. I plan to use it in a project soon so will do some tests when have some spare time.

mantis was 0.18.3 - never tested it and it is not in development.

Hi,

I'm not developing modules (yet). But if you are looking to pay someone to do some development work you may try the contacts here:https://xoops.org/modules/newbb/viewtopic.php?topic_id=64294&forum=30

It depends...

If you want a well designed and coded module you will need to know PHP, SQL, Smarty, XOOPS API, some JavaScript, HTML, OOP...
Konowing someting about PHP, Javascript and SQL performance and security will help too (knowing lot about it will help more )...

There was a document in pdf with some basics, some tutorials about building a module and a wiki at d.x.o
