So now I think that my system is not suitable to install Xoops.
In fact in'm trying to install it to my NAS with busybox as its OS. I'm new to busybox. I don't know if anyone who successed installed into it?

do you have access to web server and php log files (access, errors, mod_sec if installed) maybe there will be a clue...

I think it may be a module problem. I got that same warning when I had a custom module at front, but it went away when I use News on startup.
