Problem using RMSoft Download Plus

Anyone can help me?
I had difficulty using RMSoft Download Plus module, how to use this module, especially to create a new downloads, because when i make a new download it always appears please write a short description about this file, and I do not find box to write the descriptions. please help me, I have been looking at the Internet how to solve it, but i still don't find.

It might you have a problem with the required editor. Check the installation and readme files for this and/or if other packages as Frameworks are needeed.
Which version of XOOPS do you have?
