2.3.1 RC vs 2.3.1 Final - do I need to upgrade from 2.3.1 RC?

The change happened quite quickly it seems. Progress is great.

My question is if I have installed 2.3.1 RC, do I need now to upgrade to the 2.3.1 final?

I'm going to assume that there is no difference between upgrading from 2.3.0.

In the News article it has instructions for upgrading from 2.3.0 but not 2.3.1 RC.

yes, because RC should not be installed on production environments, it's only for testing purposes.
