Sounds like you need to:

1. re-upload the /class and /include files
2. re-upload all the /themes files
3. In preferences>general settings, and set "check for modified templates" to "yes".
4. in modules admin, refresh/update the system module
5. reset "check for modified templates" to "no".

My guess is that its ./include/cp_functions.php

Hope this works. If it doesn't then the ./include/cp_functions.php file in your download may be corrupt. Another copy of the XOOPS package and upload the file from there.

Now the admin panel its working.. but still dont showing custom blocks..

I would suggest to use the Altsys, which is a replacement for Blocksadmin

in the block admin, there is a drop down list to choose, 'custom block'

Better to get XOOPS blocksadmin sorted out first though

I have instaled the altsys module... but my custom block still donw showing..

And with altsys dont create a new block... show a error
Fatal error: Call to a member function getVar() on a non-object in /home/shekinah/security_path/libs/altsys/include/MyBlocksAdminForXoops22.class.php on line 440


When i put some block online in insert buttom... show this
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class XoopsBlock in /home/shekinah/public_html/kernel/block.php on line 175

there is file to use in the /extra folder for altsys, did you use it?
Do synergy or die.
