I have just come accross an interesting module. More info, here

Just the module version that i have is 1.3

Its almost working with XOOPS 2.3. Except that i m not able to figure out how to use <{$xoops_pictureurlcss}> tag.

Anybody has an idea, also is there a way to use it in custom blocks.
