No activation key is sent by XOOPS 2.3.1, here is my setting:

PHP Version - 5.2.5
MySQL Version - 4.0.27-max-log

still doesn't work:

This problem only happened since the upgraded from 1.8.2 to 2.3.1RC and later 2.3.1

Anyone having the same problem?
