theme installation trouble

I have installed XOOPS themes in the past and never had this happen. I have ftp 2 different themes but neither show in the admin menu. Not sure why this is happening.

We need to know what version of XOOPS do you use, on what PHP/MySQL/Apache, and what themes are we talking about. How could we test it or help you if we don't have this information? I hope, you understand our dilemma...
