CBB 3.08 tracking votes in polls?

Is it possible to track votes in the forum polls? We use these polls to select contest winners and in the past we have had users create multiple accounts to cheat and vote for themselves. I need to know if I can see who voted by IP address in the polls.

I think you can see it in table xoopsprefix_xoopspoll_log .

I think that is only for the polls module and not the polls that are part of the CBB forum.

Wasn't the polls module required to enable polls in NewBB/CBB 3.08 ?

Not sure but the polls ran on the forums are not in that particular table.
