I feel like I have been all over this site and web! I am in need of a way to organize the site's avatars into categories. This is for a role-playing website that relies heavily on the avatars for game play. Because LOTS of avatars are uploaded, they need to be seperated into categories of male and female to make it easier for members to find what they need.

Another alternative would be to allow users to remotely link to an avatar rather than uploading them to the website.

Any help with these possibilities?

The yogurt module will not work as it only allows the user to choose from the images they have uploaded. I need a "central" avatar collection that any user can choose from.

I think that should be added to the new profile module that is coming. Option to add gravatar would also be welcomed.

Any idea when the new profile module will be released? Or a link to the information?
