Problem in installing CBB

I vowed to install CBB 3.0.8, initially I wrongly put Frameworks in 'module' folder and tried to install CBB. It was not installed.Later I put the Frameworks to root folder (It should be there under root folder) and now when I tried to install CBB it says
Table 'xoops_bb_archive' already exists

Any solution please?

1. Uninstall the module if it appears in the installed modules list.
2. use phpmyadmin/CPanel to delete all the tables in your database called "xoops_bb_......."
3. make sure that you have the following file-structure:

xoops_root/class/xoopseditor
xoops_root/Frameworks
xoops_root/modules/newbb

4. Reinstall the CBB module

That should do it

Can you plz. let me know whether CBB 3.08 is new or newbb 2.0 is newer?
Or which version is the latest of all...
