There is in this folder the following files:

/NEF/NEFConfig.xml
/NEF/log

Check this out the /External/ Path doesn't exist in the device it is a pointer through the nokia gateway back to intelligence organisation where they assign an ID and SOAP everything on your phone from calls to everything.
