Hello, just done a fresh install and when trying to logon as admin i get



Not Found
The requested URL /user.php was not found on this server.

Apache/1.3.39 Server

any ideas?

I know it's a stupid question, but I'll ask anyway:

"The file is actually there, isn't it?"

Other (less stupid) questions:

1. Where have you installed XOOPS - local machine or on-server?
2. Have you installed on a local machine and then transferred your site to a remote server?

If it's the latter then check your xoops_root_path and xoops_url in mainfile.php. Actually, check these anyway.

Verify that user.php exists and that CHMOD are 644.

Download and view the mainfile.php, and verify the path to the XOOPS installation.

Yep first thing i did was check and no it is not there, but what i did not do was check with download files and seems that somehow a few file did not get moved to install location.

working ok now
