Unable to configure after upgrade

I upgraded from XOOPS 2.0.16 to 2.0.18.1 and it was successful. No errors found.

But then. Now i tried to install a module. It doesn't show any installation being made.

I tried to configuration in the XOOPS preference, but nothing was set. It showed

"Taking you back to where you were....
If the page does not automatically reload, please click here"

So I can't set to debug mode either. How do i fix this?

oops some update.

I am able to do it with IE but not mozilla.. hmmm why does this happen?
