I just don't know about #6 - where is register.php located?
Although, it seems to be working just fine w/o #6...

Register.php is in your main XOOPS folder.

It won't make any difference other then renaming it will stop people accessing it; it will still work if you navigate to it, i.e. yoursite.com/register.php
