Hi Guys,

where would i change the width to the header that shows the information like

sorry, you do not have permission etc.
you have now logged out/in etc.

I have the site centralised at 1000px.

The template you're looking for is the modules/system/templates/system_redirect.html

If you're using a "recent" XOOPS version then the best way to change this is to use Template Overriding. I'd recommend you look here.
