"Module for your start page" - how to make "none" viewable before signing in

So I have set my start page to 'none' and have customized a 'Top Page' to say what I want to say.

However, I wanted this page to show up before the user has signed in. It is showing up after the user signs in. It seems there are two different "index" pages? One is unsecured and the other is secured?

Any help is appreciated.

Hi,

I assume you put some blocks on that page. Go to admin -> Groups and select anonymous group. Check the blocks that you want to be visible for anonymous users (users not loged in) and save settings.
