The content of my site is maily in english but i also have few links in chinese characters which displays as question marks. It is not a browser related issue as i was able to view chinese characters from other sites that has chinese characters from the same computer. I have following language files under language folder - schinese, utf8_tw, zh-tw.

Any help is appreaciated.
